Long article about all aspects of calcium, including what daily intake should be and what foods are good calcium sources. Also includes a segment about calcium and bone health.

Very good information about Calcium and your bones. Good description of what healthy bone is. Unfortunately, it leaves out the interaction of calcium and other vitamins and minerals such as magnesium and phosphorous as well as B vitamins.

Great article, very informative. Some of the foods you would have to eat a lot of to get the required daily dose. Not for nothing but sardines would not be one of my favorites.
